Add internal links to the Command provider registry page from configuration management-related documentation to improve discoverability and SEO for "configuration management" searches. Changes: - what-is-configuration-management.md: Add paragraph about Command provider as lightweight alternative for simpler config scenarios - chef-puppet-etc.md: Add new section about when you might not need a separate configuration management tool - custom.md: Add section about integrating existing scripts with Pulumi - what-is-infrastructure-as-code.md: Add "configuration management" link to the what-is page
